New Sound Baths Coming to Brooklyn!

ToneCenter’s Samer Ghadry has recently partnered with a new community healing space at 81 Broadway 3rd floor in South Williamsburg called The Friend Ship. It’s a radical open space for individual and community growth and transformation. Tons of positive energy swirling, and beautiful intentions for communion. We’re so honored to be a part of it, and will be offering weekly sound baths in their beautiful open space with sky lights every Saturday evening at 7pm, with suggested donation price of $33.

New Weekly Sound Bath in Bushwick!

I was invited to hold a weekly Wednesday sound bath at a new DIY community space in Bushwick! It’s called El Sótano (“the basement”) at 313 Wilson Ave in Brooklyn. I’ll be there every Wednesday 7pm this summer, pending a few upcoming travels. If you’re in Bushwick and need a regular sound bathing, come by and connect with this little space that’s got a lot going on. 7pm, $15

Summer Break!

For the past several years, I’ve used this space at 339 Bedford ave in a variety of ways. Starting ToneCenter came at the right time for me, having just finished a series of courses in sound healing, I was ready to begin my practice at this amazing storefront spot in Williamsburg. For the past several summers I had been renting out the space to James Whitworth of J.A.W, his small independently run clothing brand. Doing so helped me to cover some costs and have time to travel with my family, study, tour, etc. This year starting in May will be no different, and although I will miss the regular communions we’ve been having here, the time off will be useful for me as I’ll be getting to collaborate with other venues in NYC, and spending some time traveling as well. We will reboot in September, so see you then! In the meantime I will keep folks updated on regular sound baths I’ll be conducting around NYC this summer, of which there shall be plenty.

Love,
Samer

Founded!

ToneCenter was conceived on the road in October 2018. I had just finished the Sage Academy Certification Course and was heading back upstate to Ananda Ashram to study with Don Conreaux. Like a flash of lightning, the idea struck my mind and I immediately gave it a name. Then I landed at Ananda and started on a 4-day gong camp with an fantastic group, led by the Master, Don. When I got back to Brooklyn, I started working toward turning my gallery storefront space into a healing arts center where there would be regular sound baths, private sessions, and space for local practitioners to share their energy and healing ways.
