Registration will open soon for the COCOON sound healing retreat in Perkasie, Pennsylvania. A chance to support deep relaxation, stress relief, exploring the self, being still and making space for growth and healing.

During the retreat we will engage in:

  • Multiple sound baths each day (2-3 per day)

  • Meditation

  • Movement / Stretching / Wintry Walks

  • Singing

  • Journaling

  • Home cooked meals

  • Private Reiki sessions available

  • Fire pit outdoors
